Slow-Cooker Applesauce

To finish off my Apple Adventure, I made applesauce.  After all, what better way to demolish a large quantity of apples in a short amount of time?  Peel, sprinkle, heat, mash.  Done.  Four easy steps to success for this Slow-Cooker Applesauce.  Once again, I employed my wonderful sous-chef boyfriend to chop up apples, and the rest was a breeze.
